Migrate Microsoft Remote Desktop Version 10

I am trying to download a remote desktop version compatible with os x 10.11, Remote desktop 10.3.2 does not work. When I rdp into my PC and then come back to my PC all of the windows I opened during my remote session show up on the primary monitor. I just move them back to where I consider the default position for each screen. If there is a workaround I would love to hear about it too. But, I think it is one of the things one has to deal with when doing an RDP session.
